Job description

We are hiring a Software Engineer III - Frontend (React Native) to design and deliver scalable, high-performance mobile applications that power international store and location operations. This role requires strong expertise in React Native (mandatory) along with solid experience in modern frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, Redux, Redux-Saga, CSS, Android, and iOS. As an SE III, you will independently own features end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with Product, UX, and backend teams. You will also support CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices, bringing strong product thinking, communication skills, and a team-first mindset.

About the team:

The International IMS Locations team builds and scales mobile and location intelligence solutions such as ModFlex to improve modular execution and item-location accuracy across global markets. Our applications support store associates with intuitive, reliable tools that enhance productivity and operational excellence. We operate in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, partnering with Product, UX, backend, and market stakeholders. Our tech stack includes React, React Native, TypeScript, Android, iOS, Redux, Redux-Saga, CSS, Looper, and CI/CD pipelines. What you'll do:

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native Develop reusable components using React, TypeScript, Redux, and CSS Implement asynchronous flows with Redux-Saga Collaborate on Android and iOS integrations where needed Optimize performance, responsiveness, and scalability Participate in architecture, design reviews, and technical discussions Integrate APIs and backend services Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release automation Ensure code quality through testing and peer reviews Work closely with UX to deliver intuitive user experiences Support Looper-based workflows and system integrations where applicable

Requirements

5+ years of experience in frontend/mobile development Strong expertise in React, React Native, TypeScript, Redux, Redux-Saga, and CSS

Experience building apps for Android and iOS platforms Familiarity with Looper concepts and CI/CD pipelines

Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX and responsive design Strong debugging and performance optimization skills Experience in Agile product development environments Ability to own features end-to-end with minimal supervision Excellent communication and collaboration skills Mentorship mindset and team-player attitude Exposure to AI-powered solutions or AI agents development is a plus, Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
