Job description

Titan Transfer is looking for an EDI & Technology Coordinator to keep our transportation systems, customer integrations, and operational technology running smoothly across our nationwide trucking network.

What You'll Do

EDI & Customer Integrations

· Manage EDI communication and customer integrations

· Troubleshoot load tenders, tracking updates, invoicing, and API/EDI connectivity

· Coordinate onboarding and testing for new customer setups

· Work with customers, brokers, billing, and operations teams to quickly resolve issues

· Maintain EDI workflows, mappings, and documentation

· Partner with vendors to improve automation and system efficiencies

Technology Support

· Support McLeod Software and transportation management systems (TMS)

· Troubleshoot operational software and system issues

· Assist with software updates, permissions, and integrations between platforms

IT Help Desk Support

· Provide day-to-day technical support for office staff and drivers

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, email, and connectivity issues

· Set up computers, user accounts, and company devices

· Coordinate with outside IT vendors when escalated support is needed

· Track and manage help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, · Experience with EDI, transportation technology, or logistics operations

· Knowledge of McLeod Software or other TMS platforms

· Understanding of APIs, EDI workflows, and transportation operations

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability and willingness to work onsite at our Shelbyville, TN office

Preferred Experience

· Transportation or trucking industry experience

· Experience supporting nationwide shipper integrations

· Basic networking and mobile device management knowledge

· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
