Job description
AWS Infrastructure Management
-
Administer and manage AWS services including EC2, IAM, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch
-
Oversee provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud resources Infrastructure & Application Support

Support application hosting environments including web/app/database servers
-
Manage DNS setup, IIS configuration, file servers (DFS), and Windows servers Monitoring & Performance Optimization
-
Implement monitoring solutions and proactively identify performance bottlenecks
-
Drive continuous improvement to prevent incidents and improve system reliability Security & Compliance
-
Manage access controls (IAM roles, AD groups) and enforce security policies
-
Oversee firewall, WAF, SSL certificate, and network security configurations Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive improvements

Lead/mentor support team members and ensure effective task execution

Contribute to operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
Core Skills
- Strong expertise in AWS Administration and Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Hands-on experience managing:
- AWS services (EC2, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS)
- Load balancers, WAF, firewalls (AWS & CDN tools like Akamai)
- Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure Operations and Production Support
Requirements
- A background aligned with IT, cloud computing, or systems administration is expected, supported by AWS certifications or equivalent training. [AWS Certification | SharePoint]
- The primary required skill is AWS Administration.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in AWS Administration is required.
- Infrastructure Support experience is considered a nice-to-have skill., * Experience with: o Windows Server administration and IIS o SQL Server access and permission management o Active Directory (AD Groups, service accounts) o Application Server Management - App/Web/DB servers
