Job description

  1. Develop, test, deploy and support full-stack applications that enable production operations use cases.
  2. Design data pipelines and database solutions to integrate manufacturing systems and automate workflow processes.
  3. Build full-stack web applications to streamline data collection and management across production systems.
  4. Create real-time dashboards and data visualizations that enable leadership and floor supervisors to make informed decisions.

This role involves directly interfacing with technical and non-technical users to truly understand their needs and then rapidly iterating to develop an application that they will love to use. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Eligibility for a U.S. security clearance and a clean background check in accordance with Defense Contractor requirements.

This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

  • Minimum 3years of professional experience developing full-stack web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, .NETCore, or Node.js

  • Familiarity with DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps)

  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment and scaling

  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL querying, and API design (REST/GraphQL)

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff, gathering requirements and translating them into user-centric software solutions Desired Skills:

  • Prior work in a regulated or high-security environment (DoD, aerospace, or defense)

  • Proven track record of implementing user-centered design and usability testing, turning customer feedback into iteratively refined interfaces

  • Expertise in designing and maintaining ETL/Data-pipelining solutions to ingest, transform, and load production data for analytics and reporting

  • Python skills for building backend services, data-processing pipelines, and automation scripts

  • Exposure to manufacturing execution systems and industrial platforms, with hands-on experience integrating web applications to include: SAP, Apriso, and Autotime Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration., Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
