Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Business Systems Analyst II and play a pivotal role in driving business value through innovative Microsoft 365 solutions. Help to design out-of-the-box and custom solutions, providing exceptional support and training for our collaborative systems. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team and clients to gather detailed requirements and design solutions in Microsoft 365.
  • Provide expertise in developing solutions that meet business needs across various departments.
  • Manage daily support and training for Microsoft 365 platforms to enhance user experience.
  • Engage in migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365, ensuring seamless transition.
  • Maintain productive relationships within the team and across the company for a positive work environment.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry standards for Microsoft 365 to bring innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong dedication to customer service and quality orientation.
  • Proficiency in juggling priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective time management and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Business Process Mapping and Six Sigma Certification.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Nintex Workflow or similar tools.
  • Knowledge in JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML web technologies.
  • Competence in Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
