Job description

  • User & Access Management: Independently manage user permissions, access control, and basic troubleshooting across Salesforce and our identity management platforms, escalating complex bugs to the broader IT team when necessary.
  • Workflow Optimization: Administer opportunity routing and sales lead assignment workflows within Salesforce to ensure lightning-fast dealer follow-up and zero downtime in business continuity.
  • Ticket Resolution: Monitor, triage, and resolve incoming system-related internal help requests through Jira and ServiceNow, ensuring clear communication and timely tracking.
  • Multi-Platform Maintenance: Provide day-to-day administrative upkeep across an interconnected tech stack, ensuring digital assets, content routing, and user profiles remain consistent across platforms (including Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, ServiceNow, and digital asset management tools).
  • Process Documentation: Keep system workflows, internal permissions protocols, and training documentation clear and updated., * A Consistent, Predictable Schedule: Protect your afternoons with fixed morning hours and a regular daily routine.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Salesforce Cloud?, We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Salesforce Support Administrator to provide hands-on administrative and operational support across our core dealer-facing and marketing technology platforms. Based out of our Morton, IL office, this individual will work independently within established workflows to manage user access, troubleshoot routine system issues, and optimize internal routing processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong computer skills, thrives in a multi-platform software environment, and brings proven, hands-on experience with Salesforce. This is an excellent opportunity for a structured, system-focused professional looking for a stable, high-impact, part-time schedule., * Salesforce Experience (Required): Direct, hands-on experience managing user setups, basic profiles, roles, permissions, and lead/opportunity data fields within Salesforce.

  • Technical Aptitude: Advanced computer proficiency and a natural ability to quickly adapt to a diverse software ecosystem.
  • HubSpot Experience (Plus): Prior experience navigating HubSpot CRM or marketing hubs is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Working Style: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage a daily queue of tasks, and meet standard resolution timelines.
  • Location & Availability: Must be able to work on-site at our Morton, IL office Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM., * Salesforce: 2 years (Required)
  • Hubspot: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Benefits & conditions

$25 - $35 an hour - Temporary, Part-time, Contract, Expected Duration: 5 Months (best estimate for now, but could be shorter or longer depending on need).

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM (22.5 Hours/Week after accounting for daily unpaid 30 minute lunch break) to start. Adjustments could be made pending ongoing business need and worker availability.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
