Job description
Cypress Networks is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable IT professional to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, have a love of technology, adapt well to the changing environment, correctly follow documentation procedures, be a fast learner and self-motivated, exhibit excellent customer service, and enjoy working with people. The position is responsible for providing all aspects of technical support to our clients as well as assisting with project-related tasks. Successful candidates will be considered for promotion. Responsibilities: · Provide end-user support for inquiries, requests, & issues via remote and/or on-site support · Troubleshoot, resolve, & document technical issues/problems using our IT ticketing system · Support Windows servers, workstations, & peripheral equipment, including mobile devices · Monitor client workstations and server backups daily · Install various hardware, new PC set-ups, and software products · Configure and manage customer firewalls and security appliances · Update client contact in the ticketing system, maintaining complete & accurate information · Administration of user accounts and associated permissions · Manage and support Microsoft 365 user accounts, licensing, and services, including email administration, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive · Maintain company and client confidentiality · Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely responses and resolutions · Continually look for opportunities for process improvement · Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, · Must have at least 2+ years of verifiable experience in Desktop/IT support · Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including user account management and troubleshooting is preferred · Must be eligible to work in the USA and able to pass a background check · Must have a valid driver's license · Communicate professionally and effectively with non-technical and technical individuals · Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience preferred · IT Ticketing System experience preferred · At least a 2-year degree in an IT-related field preferred, * Managed Service Provider (MSP): 2 years (Required)
