As the \nSr \nAppian Platform Engineer / Architect, you will lead the design, development, integration, and modernization of enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the \nAppian low-code platform along with hands-on experience in other \nlow-code/no-code technologies such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, Salesforce, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar enterprise automation platforms. \n \n This role requires strong technical leadership, solution architecture skills, and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives across complex enterprise environments. \n, * Requires BS and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree. \n
- 5+ years of hands-on Appian development and architecture experience. \n
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Appian implementations. \n
- Experience with at least one additional low-code/no-code platform: \n \n
- Microsoft Power Platform\n

- Pega\n
- Salesforce Platform\n
- UiPath\n \n
- Experience integrating low-code platforms with enterprise systems and cloud services. \n, * Strong understanding of scalable architecture patterns and enterprise integration frameworks. \n
- Ability to conduct architecture reviews and enforce technical standards. \n
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments. \n

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Appian-based enterprise applications. \n
- Define platform standards, governance, reusable components, and development best practices. \n
- Design and implement workflow automation, case management, integrations, and business process orchestration solutions. \n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. \n
- Architect integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging platforms, databases, and cloud services. \n
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. \n
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and automated deployment strategies for low-code platforms. \n
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate low-code/no-code technologies for business use cases. \n
- Lead platform modernization and migration initiatives across multiple low-code ecosystems. \n
- Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, scalability, and enterprise architecture standards. \n
- Support production operations, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and platform optimization. \n
- Create architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and governance frameworks. '\n
