RPA Developer - UiPath with Deloitte

We are seeking a UiPath RPA Developer to support the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions in a client-facing environment. This role will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and operational improvements., * Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath-based automation solutions across the full lifecycle

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Create process and solution design documentation (PDDs, SDDs, workflows)
• Build reusable components and integrate automations with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Support testing (unit, SIT, UAT), deployments, and ongoing bot monitoring and maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement of automation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, architects, PMs) to ensure successful delivery
• Contribute to automation strategy, pipeline prioritization, and client discussions

• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.)
• 2+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience
• Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
• Experience across the RPA lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)
• Familiarity with C#, VB.NET, Python, or SQL
• Experience working with APIs, Excel automation, and enterprise applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• UiPath certification (Associate or Advanced Developer)
• Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, or Automation Hub
• Exposure to automation strategy, operating models, or consulting environments
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies
