Data Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to support a company focused on mission-critical data operations and analytics in support of SOCOM initiatives. This position is on-site at Hurlburt Field, FL. The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making by designing, engineering, and analyzing data in alignment with data management policies. Join a high-impact team where your insights directly contribute to national defense and operational excellence., * Identify new sources of data and develop methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes

• Gather and translate customer requirements into effective data solutions
• Diagnose and resolve technical data issues across systems and pipelines
• Design algorithms and data manipulation capabilities using languages such as R, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Go
• Build tools and frameworks that enable self-service data monitoring and reporting while improving data quality, metadata, and lineage

• At least 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, C++, JavaScript, or Go
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (or active clearance preferred)

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
