Acture Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and client facing Systems Engineer to join our Onsite Services team. This role supports multiple clients in the financial services and non-profit sector, delivering white glove project-based support in a fast-paced MSP environment. What You'll Do
- Administer and support Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Support Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Perform server, workstation, and application deployments.
- Manage operating system and application patching.
- Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
- Troubleshoot escalated infrastructure and application issues.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts.
- Provide exceptional client-facing support across multiple customer environments.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments.
- Experience with Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
- Experience working in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation skills.
- Relevant Microsoft, Azure, or CompTIA certifications are a plus.
