Job description
Lead the processing of Manufacturing Change Notices (MCNs) and drive implementation plans. Review Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and change documentation, comparing updates to the Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM). Assess impacts to configuration, routings, assembly setup, work instructions, and material flow. Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing teams to gather data, lead meetings, and guide execution. Provide technical insight to resolve issues and ensure accurate, efficient production changes.

This temporary role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong configuration management and manufacturing analysis experience., * 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience, with strong knowledge of BOM/MBOM, TDPs, and manufacturing processes (assembly, machining, welding, paint, etc.).
- Experience with Oracle (Item Master, BOMs, routings), EPDM/Windchill, OBIEE reporting, and advanced Excel.
- Ability to interpret drawings, manage configuration changes, and communicate effectively.
- Experience handling non-conforming material and external service providers (OSP) is preferred.
- Excel macros/coding and manufacturing process expertise are a plus.
