Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the Global Trading team, supporting the Quantitative Analytics group. In this role, you will build and enhance data-driven applications, models, and visualizations that power trading operations. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts to deliver data products and models
• Build and optimize front-end interfaces and back-end services
• Ensure code quality, performance, and system reliability
• Contribute to data pipelines, databases, and cloud-based solutions

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Analytical mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies

Core Technical Skills

• Front End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Angular)
• Back End: Node.js, Python, or similar
• Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience developing modern, high-performance web applications

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling & optimization
• Experience building and supporting data pipelines and databases
• Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake
• Knowledge of web performance, security, and best practices
• Oil & gas trading or financial markets experience (nice to have)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
