Job description
Provides administrative and data coordination support to the Equipment Reliability organization on a daily basis, with a focus on inspection data management, document control, and quality assurance - including during turnaround events., Manage and enter inspection data (including PSV inspection and test data) in Meridium, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
Review inspection reports for QA/QC compliance, verifying as-found/as-left set pressures, blowdown, and leakage results against specifications and API standards (API 576/527).
Process and archive inspection documentation into systems such as Documentum, iPEP, and Meridium; support SAP work order integration.
Coordinate with inspectors, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve data discrepancies and track repairs, replacements, and re-certification schedules.
Support turnaround events: print work packages, track inspection costs, update wall charts and QA spreadsheets, and perform general QA administrative functions.
Perform general administrative tasks including expense reports, office supplies, scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
Maintain traceable, accurate records to support regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance with internal quality procedures.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Outlook?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, High School diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with document control and data management
SAP knowledge
Experience with Meridium (Asset Management Software)
Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC card)
