Software Developer

Resource Management Concepts (RMC) is seeking a Software Developer to support mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) systems in Port Hueneme, California. This role supports the design, development, and delivery of software solutions for surveillance, command and control, and weapon systems., * Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for DoD systems

• Support full software development lifecycle activities in Agile or similar environments
• Develop and optimize software for Linux-based systems using C, C++, and Java
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and system-level issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to team deliverables and project reporting as required

Do you have experience in Linux?, This position is ideal for a mid-level developer with strong technical fundamentals and experience working in structured development environments such as Agile., * 3-7 years of experience developing software for DoD systems (surveillance, C2, or weapon systems preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience developing in Linux environments
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Java
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE or equivalent)
• Active T5 (Top Secret) security clearance

The current salary range for this position will be $110,000 to $140,000 (annually).
