Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a Data Engineer specializing in ETL and Informatica to support a mission-critical federal program focused on data integration, analytics, and national security initiatives. This is a high-impact, hands-on role centered on designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data pipelines in secure environments. Your work will directly support data-driven decision making, operational intelligence, and mission readiness. You will play a key role in building scalable ETL frameworks and ensuring reliable data movement across complex systems and platforms., Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica Build and optimize data integration workflows across multiple enterprise data sources Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading for large-scale datasets Ensure data quality, validation, and integrity across pipelines and target systems Develop and optimize SQL queries for data processing and performance tuning Support data warehouse and data mart environments Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and application teams to deliver data solutions Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and integration issues Support secure data handling and compliance requirements within a cleared environment Document ETL processes, workflows, and data mappings

Active Top Secret clearance Strong experience with ETL development using Informatica Experience building and maintaining enterprise data pipelines Strong SQL experience for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Experience working with large, complex datasets Experience supporting data integration across multiple systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in secure or regulated environments, Experience supporting data warehouse or analytics platforms Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ETL workflows Experience supporting federal, DoD, or other regulated environments

Fully onsite at Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville, AL) Monday-Friday within standard core business hours Secure facility requiring strict adherence to security protocols Fast-paced, mission-focused data engineering environment Direct collaboration with cross-functional data and engineering teams
