Job description

  • Planning, documenting, coordinating, and tracking of technical changes (Engineering Change Requests) within programs
  • Ensuring the configuration integrity of products, software, hardware, and documentation, as well as conducting internal configuration audits
  • Maintaining and monitoring Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Steering and coordinating of internal Change Meetings and Change Control Boards (CCBs)
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Purchasing, Production and Customers
  • Preparing reports, status overviews, and KPI analyses
  • Supporting the implementation of relevant automotive standards and continuous development of Configuration and Change Management Process

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies with a focus on Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, business administration, physics, chemistry or mathematics
  • Knowledge of common automotive processes and standards is an advantage (e.g., ASPICE, IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
  • Experience with PLM or PDM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, JIRA) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of change management processes throughout the entire product lifecycle is an advantage
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Benefits & conditions

With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/38.5 hours) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 2.698,59 ,-

The actual salary will be determined based on your agreed working hours.
