Job description

You will be part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining time management system and customer service activities (guidance, consultancy) ensuring that the service is accurate and timely. We are looking for a new collaborator located in Granada, Spain. Specific Tasks Are

  • Lead SAP HCM Time Management activities for several clients in Europe related with the maintenance of the SAP HCM systems.
  • Update the SAP HCM Time Management system: create work schedule rules, update rules related with clock in and clock outs, creation of absences, attendances, quotas, manage modulation, overtime, allowances, error message, etc..
  • Resolution of the issues reported by the client and configuration of evolutions (change requests).
  • Preparation and realisation of workshops with the client to define the solution to be implemented.
  • Analysis of the system to improve the execution time and to reduce the anomalies of each payroll.

Requirements

Strada is seeking a Senior SAP Time Consultant to manage time management systems and customer service activities from Granada, Spain. This role offers the opportunity to work on important client projects using SAP HCM systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in time management tools and a degree in a related field. We provide a hybrid work model offering flexibility across Spain and other EU countries.

Formación

  • Experience with SAP HCM systems is mandatory.
  • Understanding of payroll management processes is required., * Lead SAP HCM Time Management activities for multiple clients.
  • Update and manage the SAP HCM Time Management system.
  • Resolve client-reported issues and configure system changes.

Conocimientos

Experience in Time management tools (SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, Kronos) Ability to create work schedule rules and manage payroll-related tasks, * Experience in Time management tools (SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz , eTemptation, Kronos, etc.).

  • Bachelor or master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
  • Remote option from any part of Spain, Italy, Poland or Portugal if the candidate has previous experience as SAP Times consultant.
