Ultimate.ai is seeking a Cloud & DevOps Engineer in Getafe, Spain. In this role, you'll design and maintain DEVOPS toolsets and automate deployment processes using Docker and CI/CD pipelines., * Design, develop, support, and maintain the DEVOPS toolset.
- Create Docker images for automated deployment.

This role is part of a transformation that uses multi-functional, agile teams to deliver digital services across the organisation. Role
As a Cloud & DevOps Engineer you will design, develop, support and maintain the DEVOPS toolset used by the Airbus Defence & Space software communities. You will operate a new software development environment on a multi-country private cloud, working with teams across France, the UK, Germany and Spain and coordinating with other Digital international teams. Your responsibilities and key activities
- Work with software engineering communities to formulate and analyze functional enhancement requests.
- Identify needed enhancements of the DEVOPS chain, release pipeline and test pipeline.
- Design solutions that fit those needs.
- Create Docker images and develop CI/CD pipelines for fully automated deployment of tools as SaaS on the private cloud.
- Coordinate with other Digital teams (private-cloud supplier, back office, networks, security, front office, software engineering) to meet service provision needs.
- Provide models and frameworks for qualification test scenarios used in acceptance campaigns.
- Communicate and work with business subject-matter experts, software vendors and suppliers.
- Keep up-to-date with new infrastructure and software technologies.
- Travel to European sites as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, over 3 years of IT experience, and knowledge of cloud platforms and container orchestration. - Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Curiosity about new technologies linked to a DevOps approach., Degree in computer science or engineering, * Superior degree in computer science, engineering, a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT environment.
- Experience in development, infrastructure, networking, DevOps, security, Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Curiosity about new technologies linked to a DevOps approach.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (VS Code, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, …).
- Knowledge of a mainstream development language (Python, JavaScript, Java, …) and test-driven coding.
- Linux automation with Ansible.
- Experience with a cloud platform and its API (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Swarm).
- Understanding of web-application design, API principles, security best practices, IT infrastructure components, and communication skills in English and French.
