Fusion-Consulting in Bellprat is seeking a Senior Change Manager with CRM experience to drive organizational change management in CRM transformations. The role includes designing communication strategies, managing stakeholders, and ensuring user adoption in complex projects., * OCM Strategy: Define and lead the execution of a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned with project objectives and executive stakeholders, with a strong focus on CRM transformation initiatives.
- Change Management & Communication: Design and oversee end-to-end change and communication strategies to support CRM adoption, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across all levels of the organization.
- Change Impact Assessment: Lead the assessment and mitigation of impacts related to CRM-driven changes in business processes, systems, data, job roles, and organizational structures.
- Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage senior stakeholders, including leadership and business owners, ensuring alignment, engagement, and sustained adoption throughout the CRM lifecycle.
- User Adoption & Training: Define and drive adoption strategies, including training frameworks, enablement materials, and support models tailored to CRM platforms and business needs.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and track KPIs related to change, adoption, and readiness; provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including CRM functional leads, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery and value realization.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years in Change Management, a knack for stakeholder engagement, and proven experience with CRM systems. - Strong experience in stakeholder management at senior and executive levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging communication for diverse audiences.
- Strong expertise in driving user adoption, training strategies, and organizational readiness.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with digital communication tools or content creation (e.g., video editing) is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required
