We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer who will own end-to-end delivery of solutions, actively translating business needs into impactful technical solutions. In this role, you will challenge requirements, optimize user experience, and deliver tangible business value. • Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, integrations) aligned with business goals, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality implementations.
• Create user-centric solution designs, focusing on usability, adoption, and continuous improvement throughout the application lifecycle.
• Apply best practices such as modular architecture, error handling, and testing to ensure high standards of quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on architecture, integration methods, and platform standards.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to promote best practices across the team.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience with:
• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Power Automate (Flows)
• Dataverse and data modeling techniques
• Strong understanding of:
• API and connector-based integration patterns
• Azure services and Logic Apps for seamless integrations
• ALM and CI/CD practices within Power Platform environment
• Ability to extend functionalities using:
• Azure Functions, C#, or custom connectors

• Proven experience in developing and deploying Power Platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration methods and services.
• Ability to create user-centric designs and focus on continuous improvement.
