Airbus in Albacete is seeking an IT Operation Specialist for Intermediate Linux Support. Responsibilities

• Manage the proper lifecycle of Linux computers, servers, applications from request to decommission.
• Contribute to the detailed setup of Linux computers, servers, applications.
• Install and support Linux computers, servers, applications.
• Ensure good delivery through defined processes of the devices.
• Propose continuous improvement on performance based on data and event analysis.
• Support Product Managers to monitor their performance.
• Create and update documentation for team members.
• Solve incidents and requests (hardware, network, drivers, kernel, application...).

• Experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Ability to identify root cause issues and solve them.
• Active listener with the team and customers.

Conocimientos

Linux system administration (Debian, Redhat, CentOS) Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ruby) MDM tools (Foreman, Katello, Puppet, Ansible) Knowledge in networking (Active Directory, LDAP, NIS, PKI) Incident and change management based on ITIL principles Autonomy Team spirit English language negotiation, * Worked in a large enterprise environment.

• Worked with partners and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of Linux system administration (Debian, Redhat, CentOS), scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ruby, ...).
• Experience or knowledge in MDM such as Foreman and associated tools (Katello, Puppet, Ansible, ...), automated deployments, updates and environment administration.
• Knowledge in networking, Active Directory, LDAP, NIS, PKI, virtualization, version control software, encryption tools.
• Autonomy and good team spirit are recommended.
• Good knowledge of incident and change management based on ITIL principles.
• Ability to identify root cause issues and solve them.
• Active listener with the team and with customers.
• Open-mindedness, self-awareness, transparency, and respect for feedback are highly appreciated.
• Ability to work collectively, respecting Airbus values and seeking empowerment.

• English language negotiation level is required.
