Q-Tech is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in Zaragoza, Spain. In this role, you will analyze product feature performance and define KPIs while collaborating closely with the Product Manager for the EU market., * Analyze adoption and performance of new product features.

DescripciónWe're working with a fast-growing AdTech and Identity company with integral reach and around 60 people across the US, Japan, and Spain. Backed by one of the largest telecom groups in Asia, their technology processes billions of daily events and provides advanced audience intelligence solutions for advertisers and partners., They're now looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the EU team and take ownership of everything related to new product and feature performance. It's a senior role with strong autonomy, visibility, and long-term growth potential. What you'll do
- Analyze adoption and performance of new product features
- Define and maintain KPIs and dashboards across product teams
- Drive business and product decisions by validating hypotheses with data
- Collaborate with the Product Manager for the EU market
- Work on large-scale datasets (30-40M+ users) and millions of daily events
- Evolve toward long-term behavioral and audience analytics at global scale
Tech environment
- Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL, Jupyter, Airflow
- AWS Cloud (S3, Athena, Redshift - no infra setup required)
- Tableau for data visualization
- PostgreSQL, ClickHouse (nice to have)
- Data lake-style architecture
Requirements
The position offers strong autonomy and long-term growth potential. Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of experience, solid hands-on skills in Python and SQL, and be comfortable working with large datasets. The role supports a hybrid work environment with travel costs covered., * 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst or similar.
- Hands-on with Python, SQL and cloud-based workflows.
