The role involves identifying and prioritizing business needs, designing and developing data analytics solutions, and ensuring data quality. Our Data & Analytics team at AAG, composed of 15 experts across Europe, transforms data into performance drivers for our business teams across multiple domains such as Purchasing, Finance, Supply-Chain, HR, and more. Your Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize business needs and map data domains.
- Design and develop data analytics solutions (data models, exploratory analysis).
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability through automated controls in collaboration with data governance experts.
- Deliver insights dynamically through data visualization tools (PowerBI) in a Cloud environment (Fabric).
- Work in an agile environment with IT and business teams through sprints.
- Drive user adoption through training, communication, and monitoring of BI access and usage metrics.
Functional Scope
- Purchasing: supplier performance, purchasing forecast, category management, rebates analysis.
- Sales: sell-through, margin analysis, price analysis, product / customer segmentation.
- Supply Chain: inventory analysis, supplier & inbound performance.
- HR: workforce planning, cost control, multi-market HR harmonization.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst (internship, apprenticeship, or full-time role) with at least one expertise in data processing and data visualization tools.
