Conocimientos

Designing single building projects BIM360 Revit AutoCAD MS Office, * We develop projects in all their phases, from conception to construction. Your work will be more focused on the design and detailing phase, so we need you to have construction knowledge to develop project details at the level of the Execution Project, Riba3, Riba 4, as well as at the level of detailed drawings, integrating information from different manufacturers (facades, roofs, structure, substructures, urbanisation, floors, ceilings, internal partitions, etc.).

• We are not looking for a management profile, but rather a technical one, someone who can add their experience to the various projects currently underway.
• Development of descriptive reports, drawings and project attachments.
• Collaboration in the preparation of measurements.

Sener en Ingeniería, located in Guecho, Spain, is looking for an Architect with 8-10 years experience in designing single building projects. The role involves collaborating on multidisciplinary projects, focusing on design and detailing phases. Key qualifications include a degree in Architecture, experience with BIM360, Revit, and AutoCAD, along with a willingness to travel.
