Lead Data Architect to design and evolve healthcare data architecture and lead database modernization initiatives across EMR, laboratory, pharmacy, and national health systems. Define interoperability strategy using HL7 and FHIR standards, design REST API integration approaches, and support analytics and AI initiatives while working across SQL Server and PostgreSQL in a distributed systems environment. The role includes mentoring engineers and driving data quality, governance, and performance improvements across the platform. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Requirements
Your role will include mentoring engineers and enhancing data quality across platforms while collaborating with engineering teams. The position requires over 7 years of experience in Data Engineering and strong skills in SQL Server or PostgreSQL., * 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Solution Architecture.
- Strong experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
- Enterprise data modeling experience.
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience working with distributed systems.
- Strong architecture and design skills.
- Experience with HL7 and/or FHIR.
- Upper-intermediate English level., * 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Solution Architecture
- Strong experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
- Enterprise data modeling experience
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Experience working with distributed systems
- Strong architecture and design skills
- Experience with HL7 and/or FHIR
