Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support one of our clients by bridging the gap between complex mechanical engineering and high-level business strategy. This role goes beyond database management - it acts as the link between engine and transmission data and the strategic decisions that drive our client's market positioning in the powertrain industry. Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and extract the key information.
• Summarize key information in Excel and translate it into clear executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client requests and final presentations.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research and analysis to define the positioning of our client's products against other market leaders.
• Perform competitor analyses and compare positioning against our client's products.
• Maintain daily newsfeed updates on industry trends.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of experience, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages being a plus. • Mandatory experience in market research and data analysis or product strategy.
• Good analytical skills and capability to translate data into strategic advice.
• Advanced presentation skills (PPT and oral).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• High proficiency in English. Additional proficiency in French, Italian, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus.
• Senior profile with at least 5 years of work experience.
