Orquest - Retail Smart Planning is hiring an Integrations Specialist in Boiro, Spain. The role involves providing technical guidance throughout the integration process, coordinating teams, and ensuring proper implementation of integrations., * Guide clients through the integration process with technical support.
- Act as a bridge between technical and client teams.
- Coordinate and monitor integrations for proper operation.
- Design and maintain technical documentation.
- Identify optimization opportunities for continuous improvement., * Technical guidance. Guiding our clients and their technical teams throughout the integration process, providing support and technical direction at each phase.
- Coordination. Acting as a bridge between Orquest's technical team, the client's teams, and the internal departments involved in each project.
- Operational monitoring. Coordinating and tracking integrations to ensure their proper implementation, evolution, and operation.
- Documentation. Designing, creating, and maintaining clear, structured, and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Continuous improvement. Driving continuous improvement within the department by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing new solutions alongside the technical team.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of SaaS experience, knowledge of REST APIs, and strong communication skills.
