We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of mission-critical software initiatives across the organization. This role owns execution strategy, operational excellence, and organizational alignment for complex, cross-functional programs with material business impact.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership

• Drive the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a portfolio of complex, multi-year programs.
• Ensure alignment with company-level strategic priorities and clearly demonstrate business impact.
• Apply strategic thinking to balance near-term execution demands with long-term technical and organizational objectives.

• Portfolio Management & Execution

• Directly lead and manage multiple high-visibility programs from concept through deployment.
• Define program scope, facilitate build-versus-buy analyses, and develop comprehensive business cases, charters, and execution plans.
• Track progress rigorously across initiatives, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely escalation of issues.

• Operational Excellence & Process Ownership

• Champion and institutionalize best-in-class delivery and execution practices across development teams.
• Own and continuously improve processes, tools, metrics, and communication mechanisms.
• Leverage data, KPIs, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and predictable delivery.

• Executive Alignment & Communication

• Partner closely with Directors, Senior Staff, and executive leadership across Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
• Align roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, negotiate technical and delivery trade-offs, and facilitate critical decision-making.
• Provide concise, high-quality reporting on program health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

• Risk & Dependency Management

• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate complex cross-program risks and dependencies spanning multiple teams and organizations.
• Demonstrate tenacity in driving resolution of long-standing, ambiguous, or structurally complex challenges.
• Clearly communicate impacts and proposed resolution paths to all relevant stakeholders.

• Performance Tracking

• Define, track, and communicate Program KPIs and Portfolio OKRs.
• Provide transparent reporting tied to strategic business outcomes, execution health, and value delivery.

• High emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to influence, negotiate, and build alignment at senior levels.
• Persistence, resilience, and accountability in driving outcomes across complex organizational landscapes.
