We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of mission-critical software initiatives across the organization. This role owns execution strategy, operational excellence, and organizational alignment for complex, cross-functional programs with material business impact.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Leadership
- Drive the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a portfolio of complex, multi-year programs.
- Ensure alignment with company-level strategic priorities and clearly demonstrate business impact.
- Apply strategic thinking to balance near-term execution demands with long-term technical and organizational objectives.
- Portfolio Management & Execution
- Directly lead and manage multiple high-visibility programs from concept through deployment.
- Define program scope, facilitate build-versus-buy analyses, and develop comprehensive business cases, charters, and execution plans.
- Track progress rigorously across initiatives, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely escalation of issues.
- Operational Excellence & Process Ownership
- Champion and institutionalize best-in-class delivery and execution practices across development teams.
- Own and continuously improve processes, tools, metrics, and communication mechanisms.
- Leverage data, KPIs, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and predictable delivery.
- Executive Alignment & Communication
- Partner closely with Directors, Senior Staff, and executive leadership across Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
- Align roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, negotiate technical and delivery trade-offs, and facilitate critical decision-making.
- Provide concise, high-quality reporting on program health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Risk & Dependency Management
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate complex cross-program risks and dependencies spanning multiple teams and organizations.
- Demonstrate tenacity in driving resolution of long-standing, ambiguous, or structurally complex challenges.
- Clearly communicate impacts and proposed resolution paths to all relevant stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking
- Define, track, and communicate Program KPIs and Portfolio OKRs.
- Provide transparent reporting tied to strategic business outcomes, execution health, and value delivery.
Requirements

- Strong grounding in software development principles and the full SDLC.
- Demonstrated strategic mindset with the ability to translate broad business and technical objectives into executable program plans.
- High emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to influence, negotiate, and build alignment at senior levels.
- Persistence, resilience, and accountability in driving outcomes across complex organizational landscapes.
- Proven success implementing, scaling, and optimizing agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) at team and organizational levels.
