• Support the development and evolution of the enterprise data platform in Azure.
• Contribute to best practices in data engineering, data governance, and data architecture.

• Hands-on experience working with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data lake architectures.
• Experience integrating data from core business systems.
• Experience in regulated environments such as insurance or finance is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, BI, and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
