Functional Product Owner

UST España & Latam in Palma is looking for a Functional Product Owner to lead their Reporting & Insights solution. The role demands experience in product ownership and a strong understanding of operational KPIs and reporting frameworks.

The ideal candidate will define the functional vision and prioritize reporting capabilities while collaborating with country programs. • Define and prioritize reporting capabilities, operational dashboards, real-time monitoring views and analytical use cases.
• Translate business and operational needs into functional definitions, user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate with country programs to understand operational needs, identify reusable global capabilities, and evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and stakeholder management.
• Maintain functional documentation updated in Confluence and Jira.

• Proven experience in product ownership and reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and omnichannel environments.

We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Functional Product Owner to lead the Reporting & Insights solution within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform., * Proven experience in product ownership, functional analysis and reporting and analytics solutions.

• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, reporting frameworks, omnichannel customer service environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into product backlog items.
• Experience working with BI and analytics teams in Agile delivery environments.
• Drive functional alignment across stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand operational processes, identify analytical opportunities and translate them into business insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a complex and cross-functional environment.
