We are looking for Radar Systems Engineers to join our Defence programmes and contribute to the design and development of advanced algorithms for airborne radar systems in national and international projects. If you are passionate about signal processing, radar systems, and complex algorithmic challenges, this role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of defence technology. Your Mission
- Design and develop advanced signal and data processing algorithms for airborne radar systems.
- Contribute to radar system performance analysis and algorithm validation, ensuring robustness and accuracy of tracking solutions.
- Develop and validate target tracking algorithms and estimation techniques.
- Model and simulate algorithms using MATLAB or similar tools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on international radar projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and technical excellence.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a strong analytical background, alongside eligibility for NATO Secret clearance. Proficiency in MATLAB and a good command of English are essential. - Radar data processing and target tracking algorithms (e.g., Kalman filters).
- Signal processing for radar systems and algorithm modelling in MATLAB.
- Communication signal processing and/or beamforming techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate English level (minimum B2), spoken and written.
- Eligibility to obtain security clearance up to NATO Secret.
Valuable Experience
- Advanced knowledge in probability theory, Bayesian estimation, Kalman filtering.
