IT Project & Product Manager

You will act as a key link between business teams and IT development, ensuring that digital solutions are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with a strong end-to-end product vision. Main responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Coordinate Agile development cycles (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews)
• Manage product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Lead medium and long-term IT projects end-to-end
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployments across environments
• Monitor incidents, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support teams
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices

Astek is seeking an IT Project & Product Manager to join their team in Vitoria, Spain. This role requires 4+ years of experience in IT project management and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, software architectures, and tools like JIRA. You will be pivotal in ensuring digital solutions are delivered efficiently, managing product backlogs, and collaborating across teams. • Strong experience working in Agile environments.
