RSight® is looking for a SAP HCM Consultant (PY) to join their team based in Galicia, Spain. This role focuses on customer projects involving SAP HCM with an emphasis on Payroll in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for system realization of customer requirements and supporting various project phases.
Requirements
Qualifications include fluency in German, expertise in SAP PY and HCM, as well as relevant university studies and professional experience., * Fluency in German.
- Expertise in SAP PY (Payroll), SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Several years of relevant professional experience is required., * Customer projects in SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll Germany.
- Analyze customer situations and create process documents.
- Support all project phases including conception and roll-out.

Fluency in German Expertise in SAP PY (Payroll) Knowledge of business and IT processes Experience with collective agreement regulations Know-how in tax and social security law Excellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemas Experience with project management Solution-oriented thinking
