Heitkamp & Thumann KG is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant to drive SAP S/4 SD and MM modules efficiency. This role involves ensuring seamless daily operations and supporting cross-site processes within an international team., * Ensure the smooth running of the SAP S/4 SD and MM modules.

Act as Subject Matter Expert for the business., H&T Presspart is establishing an internal SAP team to build digital products that drive business objectives and realise value at pace, while also keeping the daily business running. Following a successful S/4 upgrade, we are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant to leverage the benefits of a powerful ERP system across our sites in Germany, Spain, the UK and Switzerland. The role is based in Spain (Tarragona) and reports to the Head of SAP. Expected start date is as soon as possible, depending on candidate's availability. Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth running of the SAP S/4 SD and MM modules in the divisional SAP system, including daily operations.

Support and harmonise Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes across sites.

Understand cross-application impacts of changes; create standards and templates to support harmonised ways of working.

Be fully aware of SD/MM configuration and customisations; troubleshoot and provide quick resolution to issues.

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted voice for the business (Sales, Shipping, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Transportation, Customers, Vendors, Purchasing & Sourcing).

Work with strategic partners to deliver projects to agreed timelines.

Gather requirements through regular cadence with Line of Business (LoB) leads; maintain configuration documentation for assigned LoBs.

Own testing activities for assigned LoBs and ensure proper software lifecycle management when deploying solutions.

Ensure change management is incorporated; train LoB leads on new SAP functionality and keep documentation up to date.

Collaborate with other SAP team members to deliver holistic solutions aligned with the ERP strategy.

Support AMS with an external partner when required (incl. managing deliverables across geographies and the commercial relationship with the service provider).

Occasionally work out of office hours for patches, downtime, refreshes and service pack upgrades; travel to sites as needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of SAP experience specifically with SD and MM, as well as hands-on configuration skills. Strong hands-on configuration knowledge in SPRO for SD/MM.

Fluent written and spoken English (business level)., SAP experience in Sales & Distribution (SD) SAP experience in Materials Management (MM) End-to-end OTC processes in S/4 Hands-on configuration knowledge in SPRO for SD/MM Fluent written and spoken English, Must have

5+ years SAP experience in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).

Strong knowledge of end-to-end OTC and P2P processes in S/4.

Strong hands-on configuration knowledge in SPRO for SD/MM.

Basic debugging skills.

Understanding of how Logistics and Customer Services integrate with other SAP modules.

Hands-on experience with a recent S/4 on-premise version.

Understanding of roles & authorisations in S/4.

Experience with Fiori appsb> and working with a developer to configure them.

Fluent written and spoken English (business level)., * Knowledge of other modules (Finance, Controlling, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Project Systems).

Knowledge of BTP and its subscriptions.

Knowledge of Datasphere or other SAP data warehouse products.

Integration skills (XI/PI, Integration Suite or similar).

Process mining tools experience (Celonis or Signavio).
