Microsoft Azure Windows Server Administration Linux Administration Proxmox VE Network Security Scripting (PowerShell, Python), We are seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead and coordinate the IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be a technically strong professional with proven experience in managing hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud, mainly Azure), virtualisation, storage and cybersecurity.
You will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance and security of our infrastructure, while managing a team of specialists and driving technical projects aligned with the company's strategic growth., * Leadership and Team Management: Coordinate and mentor the Infrastructure team (systems, cloud, network and security).
- Define priorities, distribute workloads and monitor task progress.
- Ensure documentation, procedures and standards are consistently applied.
- Support the Head of IT Infrastructure in budgeting, planning and vendor management.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the administration of Microsoft Azure resources (VMs, Storage, Networking, Load Balancers).
- Manage hybrid connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute) and federated identities.
- Supervise migration projects and resource optimisation in Azure.
- Guarantee the continuity of service through disaster recovery and backup strategies.
- Systems Administration: Ensure proper operation of Windows and Linux servers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NFS, etc.).
- Supervise virtualisation environments (Proxmox VE) and storage clusters (Ceph, NAS/SAN).
- Lead automation and scripting initiatives (PowerShell, Python) to improve efficiency.
- Network & Security: Manage corporate network infrastructure (switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
- Oversee implementation of Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC models and EDR/XDR platforms.
- Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Supervise monitoring and SIEM systems (Wazuh, Zabbix) for proactive incident detection.
- Promote automation, optimisation and documentation of all infrastructure processes.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance scalability and reliability.
- Drive best practices for performance, security, and cost efficiency across environments.
Requirements

6-8 years in IT infrastructure roles, including at least 2 years in leadership.

Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure.

Experience managing hybrid environments and 24/7 production systems., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator RHCSA / LPIC-1 or equivalent, * Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure (3+ years).

Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.

Proven experience with Proxmox VE, Ceph storage, and network security.

Solid understanding of SIEM (Wazuh) and monitoring systems (Zabbix).

Competence in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation frameworks.
Experience
