Full Stack / Backend Engineer

VOICEB.ai is seeking a Senior Full Stack / Backend Engineer to design and build core systems for our autonomous voice agent platform. You will work directly with our CTO and a small, senior engineering team to integrate technology with enterprise customers., * Design and build core systems behind our autonomous voice agent platform.

• Own the voice infrastructure layer and ship full stack when needed.
• Contribute to architecture decisions that will define how voice AI scales.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of backend experience, specifically with Twilio and voice infrastructure. This is a fully remote position based in Spain, offering a competitive salary and equity after the first year., * 5+ years building production backend systems (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar).

• Hands-on experience with Twilio and voice infrastructure - SIP, WebRTC, RTP, codecs, real-time audio.
