Your role at Yuki

As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in driving the success of the team and ensuring their optimal performance. Your main responsibility is to create a collaborative environment where team members can thrive. You will coordinate team efforts, monitor progress, and proactively address roadblocks to keep projects on track. Alongside your leadership duties, you will stay hands-on with coding tasks, using your technical expertise to guide, support, and inspire the team. You will facilitate team growth, monitor progress, and enhance productivity while remaining hands-on with coding tasks. The ideal candidate has solid software development experience in either Vue.js or C#/.NET, proven leadership, and excellent communication skills in English, with Spanish as a bonus.
