infraone is seeking a Level 2 NOC Technician located in O Chazo, Galicia, Spain. You will monitor and troubleshoot network services to ensure the seamless operation of critical infrastructures., * Continuous monitoring of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and other network assets.
- Second-line diagnosis and resolution of connectivity incidents.
- Perform daily service checks on critical systems.

As a Level 2 NOC Technician you will be part of our follow-the-sun operations team. Your mission is to monitor, troubleshoot, and restore network services that keep our customers' plants, labs, and critical infrastructure running securely and without interruption., * Continuous monitoring of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and other network assets via dashboards and alerting tools
- Second-line diagnosis and resolution of connectivity incidents (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, basic routing/switching)
- Execute standard changes (e.g., user access, guest Wi-Fi, basic policy updates) under run-books and change-control procedures
- Capture, classify, and update tickets; escalate to L3 or field teams when required, ensuring accurate hand-over between shifts
- Perform daily service checks on critical systems and produce shift reports
- Maintain asset inventories and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Cyber-SOC and Infrastructure teams during security or performance events
Requirements
Your role involves managing network assets, resolving connectivity incidents, and collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in network administration and be fluent in English., * Vocational training or Associate Degree in Networks / Systems Administration (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, switching & routing fundamentals, and basic network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring platforms.
