Job description

  • Configure SAP HCM PY module focusing on Spanish Payroll.
  • Prepare and execute testing for payroll processes.
  • Provide support for newly implemented customer SAP HCM environments., Implementation & Testing
  • Configure SAP HCM PY module with a focus o n Spanish Payroll
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and payroll regulations.
  • Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll processes.
  • Preparing documentation, test scenarios, and supporting UAT.

Service Delivery & Support

  • Provide support for a newly implemented customer SAP HCM environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Manage change requests and enhancements in line with customer needs.
