Network Solutioning Analyst

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Network Solutioning Analyst to enhance operational efficiency and solve strategic problems in their Payments Network. This full-time position located in Alcobendas, Madrid involves collaboration with various teams including IT and external stakeholders., * Identify and resolve issues to enhance operational capabilities of Payments Network.

• Work closely with IT, Operations, and other teams for successful project outcomes.
• Measure performance and monitor impact on designed solutions., * Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues to enhance the operational capabilities of our Payments Network. Develop and implement out-of-the-box solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within the company, including IT, Operations, Digital, and external stakeholders, to foster successful project outcomes.
• Detailed oriented: Collaborate in multiple initiatives aimed at improving our payout mechanisms (including cash, wallets, VPAs, and bank deposits) on a global scale, making sure all aspects are considered for a holistic approach.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, coordinating efforts to align with strategic objectives and ensure global impact.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams and business units, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and updates.
• Innovation and Improvement: Continuously gather and analyze needs to pinpoint opportunities for enhancements. Stay abreast of industry trends to anticipate and incorporate future needs into our payment solutions.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Research new products and services and provide recommendations to Operations Managers. Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to inform product strategy.
• Assist with solutions ideation and design, identifying process improvements and potential risk failures.
• Increase operational efficiencies to streamline and simplify process flows and effectiveness.
• Work closely with IT, Product, Revenue, Compliance, and Customer Service on payments related issues.
• Analyze data and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Gather and elicit Business Requirements and needs by interviewing stakeholders (external & internal), reviewing existing business documentation, and documenting existing processes and systems.
• Measure performance and monitor impact on the solutions designed and implemented, such as rejection rate, success rate, adoption rate.
• Develop and maintain Documentation and Plans. Report on status and escalation to management as needed.
• Manage and contemplate payments regulatory and compliance implications for each product.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant work experience. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential for success in this role., * 2-5 years of prior work experience in eCommerce or Online Financial Services.

• Understanding of transaction processing flows with various payment methods.

Education

Work Experience

• 2-5 years of prior work experience in a relevant field (eCommerce / Online Financial Services). Understanding of transaction processing flows with different payment methods (cards, bank transfers, Open Banking, A2A, Wallets, ATM, etc..).
