IT TEST MANAGER

Canyon Bicycles GmbH is seeking a Test Manager for our Tech Hub in Barcelona. The successful candidate will architect a testing framework, lead the SAP testing lifecycle, and implement automation strategies using UiPath., This role is based in our Canyon Tech Hub Barcelona, bringing together top tech talent to shape the future of cycling. YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

• You are the architect of our company-wide testing framework. You will define the standards for test case design, execution, and documentation within Aqua, ensuring a unified "source of truth" for quality.
• You lead the testing lifecycle for our SAP core, while providing governance and methodological support to Test Managers within the Salesforce ecosystem to ensure seamless cross-platform integrity.
• Automation is a pillar of our strategy. You will design and oversee the implementation of automated regression suites using UiPath, significantly reducing manual effort for high-frequency business processes.
• You define the entry and exit criteria for SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring that integrated "Lead-to-Cash" processes work perfectly across system boundaries.
• You govern the defect lifecycle, transforming raw testing data into actionable project risks and providing "Go/No-Go" recommendations for major release cycles.

With 5+ years of experience required and a degree in a relevant field, you will define standards for test management, ensuring quality across systems. • Strong command of SIT, UAT, and Regression testing.

Responsabilidades

• Define standards for test case design and documentation.

• Lead testing lifecycle for SAP core and provide governance.

• Design automated regression suites reducing manual efforts., Expert Experience in Test Management Automation Proficiency with UiPath Tool Mastery in Aqua and Atlassian Suite Fluency in English and Spanish, * Educational Background: A degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable technical field.

• Expert Experience: 5+ years in professional Test Management, specifically within large-scale SAP environments.

• Automation Proficiency: Significant experience with UiPath (Test Suite or RPA). You understand how to identify automation candidates and build a sustainable, maintainable automation roadmap.

• Tool Mastery: Expertise in Aqua for test management and process definition. Deep familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence) for requirement and task tracking.

• Methodological Depth: Strong command of SIT, UAT, and Regression testing in integrated landscapes. Is a plus, ISTQB Certification (Test Manager level preferred). Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery.

• Strategic Mindset: You can zoom out to define a global governance plan but aren't afraid to dive into the details of a complex SAP/Salesforce integration bug.

• Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). German / Catalan is a plus.
