Scopely is seeking a Senior Game Designer for their Barcelona project. This hybrid role requires experience in crafting player experiences and leading game features that delight millions. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize designs and achieve project goals., Scopely is looking for a Senior Game Designer to join our unannounced project in Barcelona on a hybrid basis 3 days a week from the hub. We are in the early stages of development on an ambitious, unannounced, cross-platform Strategy/ARPG title, creating a team of talented and passionate game makers to join us on this exciting journey! What You Will Do
Have expertise in owning and driving the technical, creative, and strategic visions for best-in-class mobile free-to-play games. As a Systems Designer, your responsibility is to lead new initiatives, shaping an engaging and rewarding player experience from concept through to completion. You will thrive on crafting and optimizing features that delight millions of players by improving qualitative and quantitative insights and experiences. This includes:
- Be a driving force for smart feature design and slick innovation
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of features on a world-renowned title
- Partner with Product Management, Production, and creative teams to develop designs and optimizations that achieve KPI targets
- Craft game structures that support 5+ year player lifecycles
- Contribute to the prioritization of feature and optimization roadmaps, working closely with Game Leadership
Requirements
