Welcome to our team in Gran Canaria! We're looking for a passionate and experienced Frontend Developer with a strong command of React and its ecosystem. Join our international team to work on exciting projects using modern frontend architecture and best development practices. You'll play a key role in building high-quality, scalable components that integrate with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and consume services from SAP Hybris.

  • Develop high-performance React-based applications and components, primarily for integration with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Build reusable and modular UI components, following scalable architecture and BEM methodology for CSS
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product owners to create user-centric interfaces
  • Consume and integrate RESTful APIs, especially those provided by Hybris (SAP Commerce)
  • Apply best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
  • Participate in Scrum-based agile development processes, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate in international and cross-functional teams

Requirements

A leading technology firm in Europe is seeking a passionate Frontend Developer based in the Canary Islands. Join a collaborative team to develop high-performance React applications and build reusable components. Candidates should have 4+ years of frontend experience, strong skills in React, and good English proficiency. This role offers flexible working hours and a hybrid work model., * 4+ years of experience in modern frontend development, focusing on React.

  • Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and state management libraries.
  • Familiarity with AEM and component-based development for CMS.
  • Good English skills for effective communication within the team., * 4+ years of experience in modern frontend development, with a strong focus on React and its ecosystem. Additionally, experience with React Native is a plus
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and tools such as React Router, Redux (or other state management libraries)
  • Familiarity with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and component-based development for CMS is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of CSS architecture, especially BEM methodology
  • Experience with responsive design, accessibility (a11y), and performance optimization
  • General experience with code repositories like Git, documentation tools like Confluence or Notion, ticket systems like Jira or Gitlabs issue tracking
  • Good English skills for effective communication within the global team
  • Residency Requirement: Residence in the Canary Islands, with a preference for Gran Canaria. Please only apply if you live in the Canary Islands or are planning to move there
