Lawrence Harvey is seeking a skilled developer to create and maintain Kubernetes Controllers within a cloud infrastructure context in Valencia, Spain. You will drive automation solutions and collaborate with engineering teams in an agile setup.

Strong Go/Golang software development and Kubernetes experience are essential. You will contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines and ensuring operational excellence of cloud-native systems., * Develop and maintain Kubernetes Controllers and Operators within complex multi-cluster environments.

  • Build automation solutions for provisioning and lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment.

We are currently partnering with a large scale international technology environment focused on building next generation cloud infrastructure and highly automated platform services across Europe. Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Kubernetes Controllers and Operators within complex multi-cluster environments
  • Build automation solutions for provisioning and lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure
  • Package and deploy platform services using standardized deployment approaches across multiple environments
  • Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and internal engineering platforms
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Contribute to secure infrastructure designs, including segmented and isolated environments
  • Ensure reliability, scalability and operational excellence of cloud-native systems

Requirements

  • Strong experience developing software in Go/Golang.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Experience building Kubernetes Controllers and Operators or working with Cluster API ecosystems., * Strong experience developing software in Go / Golang
  • Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments

  • Good understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling, automation, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Comfortable operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters
  • Exposure to highly secure or isolated infrastructure environments is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multi-cluster orchestration
  • Knowledge of GitOps practices
  • Exposure to platform engineering or internal developer platforms
  • Familiarity with air-gapped or highly regulated environments
