Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead product vision and roadmap for CI/CD within their Game Development Experience team in Madrid. The role demands collaboration across multiple game teams to understand pain points and translate them into actionable requirements., * Balance developer productivity with scalability and security.

  • Partner with engineering leaders to understand architecture trade-offs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of product management experience and a solid technical background in game development, particularly in CI/CD tools, cloud services, and data-informed decision-making., * 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform or developer-facing products.

  • Strong technical foundation including familiarity with CI/CD and cloud technologies.
  • Experience using AI tools to support work.
  • Data-informed decision making skills.
