Job description
Nespresso seeks a DevOps Lead to join their Digital and Tech Team in Esplugues de Llobregat. This role requires expertise in CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and processes., As a central part of the software engineering community, you will bring deep technical expertise and knowledge to the product team, and serve as the technical reference for DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, including security steps. You will guide and promote optimal use of process and technology to support cost-effective delivery of business requirements within the area of expertise. What You'll Bring
- Lead the creation of Proof of Concepts for new tools and steps in templated CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD related issues, working with delivery teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in DevOps.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 2-3 years of DevOps experience, and strong knowledge of automation tools like GitHub Actions. Benefits include a competitive salary, extensive social package, and a hybrid work model., * 2-3 years experience as a DevOps engineer.

Formação académica
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, * Effectively communicates in English and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Has at least 2-3 years experience working as a DevOps engineer and 1-2 years as a technical lead.
- Has deep knowledge of implementing complex CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Has experience with automation tools, with strong emphasis on GitHub Actions.
- Has cloud expertise, including experience creating CI/CD pipelines for cloud components.

- Are passionate about technology and software development and can bridge technical and non-technical populations in a large organization.
- Have experience working in a general environment and with virtual teams.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Groovy.
- Have experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.

- Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills and can work effectively in cross-functional teams.
