DevOps Lead

Nespresso seeks a DevOps Lead to join their Digital and Tech Team in Esplugues de Llobregat. This role requires expertise in CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and processes., As a central part of the software engineering community, you will bring deep technical expertise and knowledge to the product team, and serve as the technical reference for DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, including security steps. You will guide and promote optimal use of process and technology to support cost-effective delivery of business requirements within the area of expertise. What You'll Bring

• Lead the creation of Proof of Concepts for new tools and steps in templated CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD related issues, working with delivery teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in DevOps.

Formação académica

• Has at least 2-3 years experience working as a DevOps engineer and 1-2 years as a technical lead.
• Has deep knowledge of implementing complex CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Has experience with automation tools, with strong emphasis on GitHub Actions.
• Has cloud expertise, including experience creating CI/CD pipelines for cloud components.
