• Requirements analysis.
• Participate in the technical design of projects.
• Perform effort estimations for projects.
• Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to achieving project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Identify potential technical risks within the project and propose alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
• Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
• Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
• Train end users on the developed project functionality and proper use of the software.
• Implement the latest technological advances and solutions.
• Comply with software quality standards agreed upon with Omega's Technical Management.
• Produce technical documentation for completed projects.
• Actively contribute to the training of other team members.
• Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing technical knowledge.
• Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team.

Omega CRM, A Merkle is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Vigo, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Engineering and at least 3 years of Salesforce development experience, specializing in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions., * At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

• Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Excellent spoken and written English., Degree in Computer Engineering or similar, * Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar technology-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
• Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
• Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned applications.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
