Product Owner

Permisso in Cataluña is looking for a skilled Product Owner to drive product development. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to define product strategy, manage the product backlog, and ensure user needs are met effectively., As Product Owner at Permisso, you'll be a driving force behind product development, working at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs. Your mission is to ensure we build the right product in the right way, at the right time.

• Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, sales, and design teams to define and execute product strategy.
• Own the product backlog: prioritize features, enhancements, and technical work based on impact and feasibility.
• Translate high-level goals into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Align stakeholders on product vision, roadmap, and delivery timelines.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Continuously gather and analyse customer feedback, data insights, and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Ensure the product we deliver meets user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in a SaaS environment, strong agile expertise, and excellent communication skills. The position offers an annual salary of €45k-50k plus bonuses and benefits like 26 days of paid vacation., * 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS company.

• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach - not afraid to dive into the details.

• Advanced level of English.
