We look for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on operational understanding, and who can translate complex business and operational needs into clear functional capabilities and product backlog items within an Agile, multi-country environment. Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
- Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Business Channels platform for Enterprise and Business clients.
- Define and prioritize end-to-end customer servicing capabilities, including onboarding, customer profile, multi-user company management, workflows, and relationship management.
- Act as the functional owner, translating operational and business banking needs into functional definitions, user stories, and servicing requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Business Banking Operations teams, and country programs.
- Identify reusable integral capabilities while balancing local country requirements.
- Drive backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Define and evolve operational use cases (onboarding, servicing, documentation, requests, complaints, etc.).
- Support country rollouts and adoption of the platform.
- Maintain functional documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements
We expect proven experience in Business/Enterprise Banking and strong operational understanding, along with the ability to drive backlog prioritization and support country adoption of the platform., * Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
